Scoping

We begin our engagement with a brief scoping phase that involves close collaboration with your team. During this stage, we assess your unique business environment, objectives and challenges, ensuring that the scope of our organizational intervention is in perfect alignment with your organizational goals. This phase serves as the cornerstone of a high-impact engagement specifically tailored to your organization.

 

Analysis

In the subsequent analysis phase, we conduct extensive reviews of the current organization structure, its operational spans and layers, the details behind each role and the dynamics behind the organization itself (e.g. how people are rewarded and recognized). We also delve into your talent landscape, assessing acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Through surveys and interviews, we gain insights into employee satisfaction, skill gaps, and career aspirations. This allows us to diagnose current organizational issues and develop elements to be incorporated into new designs and systems.

 

Implementation

During the implementation phase, we jointly develop a vision for a future state organization, adding design criteria, guidelines and selecting a key design driver. Once our criteria are established, we will develop and present options for the macro level redesign. This will be followed by a micro level redesign once the overarching framework is agreed and refined. We will review against benchmarks, and iterate until the design is complete.

We assist with all aspects of deploying the new organization structure, including processes for staff redeployment, staff retention and staff reduction. Once a revised structure is in place, we pinpoint areas for enhancement by understanding behavioral and cultural drivers. We also recraft certain HR systems and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the employee base.

Leadership & Supervisory Development is a cornerstone of our approach. We assess leadership competencies and gather input on desired traits, facilitating 360-degree assessments and skill gap analysis. Based on these insights, we construct comprehensive leadership development initiatives that incorporate coaching, workshops, and experiential learning. In Labor Force Optimization & Management, we examine your workforce composition, workload distribution, and skill requirements.
