Continuous improvement and sustainability are born from daily, weekly and monthly performance management and high quality Root Cause Analysis (RCA), which management operating systems provide.

 

Scoping                 

We begin our engagement with a brief scoping phase that involves close collaboration with your team. During this stage, we assess your unique business environment, objectives and challenges, ensuring that the scope of our Management Systems intervention is in full alignment with your organizational goals. This phase serves as the cornerstone of a high-impact strategy, specifically tailored to your organization.

 

Analysis

In the subsequent analysis phase, we conduct an in-depth analysis and critique of your existing Management Systems, data / metrics and behaviors. Our team evaluates historical data, observes current behavioral norms and develops an understanding of the reasons behind enterprise performance. This analysis helps us uncover opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven strategies.

 

Implementation

During the implementation phase, we jointly create and install purpose designed system elements including new meetings, new metrics, new documents, data and support systems. This includes all of the necessary behavioral coaching and training to ensure new systems and practices remain sustainable and continuously drive performance improvement. Redesigned and redeployed metrics come with plans and targets linked to, job descriptions and performance bonuses.

Our Behavioral Coaching and Training initiatives involve pinpointing areas for behavioral enhancement, evaluating skill gaps, and delivering customized programs that foster continuous improvement. A key behavior improved is the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to lead to sustainable improvements. Throughout this process, we measure progress and cultivate a culture of excellence. This includes shop floor-based coaching and follow up to ensure full skills transfer.

In all of our Management Systems Interventions, we deploy customized sustainability measurement tools to track the installation of management systems and metrics, such that gaps in adoption and usage can be identified and action plans created to close those gaps. Includes training for client staff in the deployment of these tools, such that clients can perform their own audits going forward if they so choose.
